Job Description

ENERVEX Integrated Solutions (EIS) is a dynamic manufacturer and industry leader with an immediate need for a Director of Sales based in the Atlanta, GA area. As a division of ENERVEX, Inc., EIS is a solutions provider offering a range of integrated exhaust and heat recovery system solutions including system design and engineering, project management, product supply, installation, and post-sale services.

Our main competitive strengths include the ability to innovate in terms of both products and processes, and the use of advanced proprietary technologies. This position’s primary responsibility is developing a strong presence in the processing and industrial markets. You will lead, train, and manage a team of technical & sales professionals responsible for driving double digit sales growth. This position will focus on the needs of processing and industrial facilities in developing new efficient solutions and focuses on major domestic projects for the facilities through B-2-B sales. You will be responsible for managing your design and sales team that is charged with selling, directing, analyzing, and evaluating Customer's needs.

Responsibilities

  • Establish a clear line of sight for sales growth in North America
  • Generate and qualify new business opportunities.
  • Plan focus and target accounts, markets, and industries.
  • Cultivate and maintain effective business relationships with executive decision makers in processing and industrial markets.
  • Interact with key customers and support design and sales team.
  • Represent products, services and product application to customers and prospect through demonstrations.
  • Understand customer business priorities, and manufacturing processes.
  • Determine and find innovate solutions for EIS products.
  • Establish a performance culture with clear sets of responsibility, accountability, and ownership for performance.
  • Represent company at industry events.

Skills & Experience

  • BS degree is required. An MBA or a Master’s degree would be a plus.
  • 5+ years of B-2-B sales experience in the industrial and/or processing field with 3+ years of Sales Management experience.
  • A “knack” for identifying opportunities
  • A key skill would be the ability to coach and advise with assertiveness and decisiveness.
  • Strong interpersonal and communications skills, both verbal and written.
  • A high level of knowledge with business financials, budgets, reports, strategic plans, etc.
  • Ability to demonstrate initiative and assertiveness, the ability to plan and manage a team of engineers, designers, and sales professionals.
  • Tenacious in building new business, securing customer loyalty, and forging strong relationships with business partners.
  • Ability to travel domestically.

Benefits

EIS is a dynamic, strong growth company. The compensation package for this role is a base salary range of $110-135k + a strong annual bonus plan. In addition, we provide benefit & retirement packages.
